Active Apples Family Yoga Classes • FRIDAYS 10:00 – 10:45AM Jan 25 - Snow! • Feb 22- Love the Earth! • Mar 22 - Animal Tails! • May 17 - Lifecycles! -- SATURDAYS 10:00 – 10:45AM Jan 26 - Snow! • Feb 23 - Love the Earth! • Mar 23 - Animal Tails! • May 18 - Lifecycles! -- Laugh and exercise together in a fun group setting! Discover playful yoga poses and age-appropriate relaxation techniques through imaginative play, creative storytelling and songs. All classes will have a nature/animal theme and will be led by a certified children’s yoga instructor. No yoga experience required! All ages & abilities welcome (ideal for toddlers to early elementary)! Pre-registration and pre-payment is required to secure a spot in the class. Sign up for one, some, or all of the classes!
