Erie Arts & Culture maintains a longstanding partnership with the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA), a state agency located in the Office of the Governor. Through the partnership, Erie Arts & Culture administers the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA) Grant Program through two funding opportunities, Project Stream and Program Stream, for qualifying artists and organizations across a five-county footprint. The counties include Erie, Crawford, Mercer, Venango and Warren Counties.

The 2019-2020 cycle of Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts Grants awarded funding to 62 organizations and artists in Erie Arts & Culture’s five-county service region.

Area Community Theater of Sharpsville, George Junior Republic, Donald Gold, Random Acts of Artists, Shenango Valley Chorale


Venango County:
The Barrow Civic Theatre, HOLeY Jeans, Southside Schools, City of Oil City - Oil City Arts Council, Oil Region Alliance, Penn Soil RC&D Council, Venango County Historical Society


Warren County:
Crary Art Gallery, Warren Philharmonic, Warren County Summer Music School, Allegheny Center for the Arts
