Wolf Administration Launches $2.2 Million Loan Fund Supporting Creative Small Businesses

HARRISBURG, PA – On October 1, Karl Blischke, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA), announced the launch of the Creative Business Loan Fund, in partnership with Bridgeway Capital and the Community First Fund. The fund will make available $2.2 million in the form of affordable, flexible financing to small, creative businesses across the commonwealth.
