About Entry to Program Stream:
Entry to Program Stream is a new program funded by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA), a state agency under the Office of the Governor, and administered by Erie Arts & Culture’s to Crawford, Erie, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, and Warren counties. It is designed to be a pathway for small arts organizations and non-arts organizations or units of government to attain long-term general operating support.
Organizations with a history of at least one year of providing consistent arts programming or arts services in Pennsylvania and average annual revenue less than $200,000 are encouraged to apply by the February 15, 2022 deadline. Complete proposals are evaluated by an independent, volunteer-based panel based on the following criteria: Quality of Artistic Product, Process or Service, Access to the Arts, and Management.
Grantees awarded funding will typically remain in the program for one to three years before being recommended for Program Stream. Grant amounts for Entry to Program Stream are estimated to be a maximum of $2,000.
As an agency, we are committed to dismantling barriers and providing meaningful resources and training for creative and cultural professionals.
Erie Arts & Culture believes that creative and cultural professionals can play a central role in developing vibrant and healthy communities and neighborhoods when they are provided with access to Professional development, Resources, and Opportunities (PRO).
