About the presenter, Jonathan D'Silva:
Jonathan M. D'Silva received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Cornell University. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. He is a Registered Patent Attorney and admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York, and the District of Columbia. His practice covers all aspects of intellectual property law from prosecuting patent, trademark, and copyright applications, to drafting agreements for the sale or licensing of intellectual property, to the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
