2024 Lydia McCain Artist Fellowship: Now accepting applications through August 31!!

Erie Arts & Culture recognizes individual artistic achievement and potential through its annual Lydia McCain Artist Fellowship program, which provides unrestricted funding to three artists from Erie County. The Fellowship helps individual artists sustain or enhance their creative process and advance their career in the arts. The fellowship program uses three artist categories: Emerging ($2,000), Mid-Career ($3,500), and Established ($5,500).

Creative Sector Flex Fund: Info Session

Erie Arts & Culture is excited to introduce the Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF), a new grant program through the Pennyslvania Council on the Arts. The $5,000 grants are unrestricted and designed to address the changing needs of dynamic arts organizations located in Erie, Crawford, Warren, Venango, Mercer, and Lawrence counties with average annual revenues between $10,000 - $200,000.

Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program: Lunch & Learn at Radius Cowork

Join Erie Arts & Culture for a Learn & Learn at Radius Cowork on May 11 at 12 PM. We'll cover one of Erie Arts & Culture's exciting new grant opportunities for creative entrepreneurs.

Erie Arts and Culture is partnering with the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts to help creative entrepreneurs and their businesses. The Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program (CEAP) matches eligible creative entrepreneurs with free local small business consulting services and financial resources up to $2,000.

During the session, we'll walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. Feel free to bring your own lunch or order some takeout!

Northwestern PA Arts Recovery Grants Info Session

Erie Arts & Culture recently launched the Northwestern PA Arts Recovery program, a set of funding opportunities for regional arts organizations and individual artists. We invite you to join us for an info session at RandyBillDuck Studios in PACA on May 2 at 7pm. The studio is located on the 4th floor of PACA.

This new grant program offers up to $2,500 for artists and up to $5,500 for arts and cultural organizations.

Who should attend?

  • Regional artists or cultural producers/makers in any field of the arts who are actively creating, curating, or producing work
  • leaders from arts & cultural organizations (*see details in the post)
