My photography includes many different types, including Nature, Wildlife, Macro, Landscape, and Abstract.
Many local businesses, organizations and galleries have used my graphic design work as part of their marketing and advertising.
Photography started as a creative outlet, but quickly became a passion. In this wonderful digital age, I have fully embraced digital tools, such as Photoshop and Lightroom and others, to combine the disciplines of photography, digital painting, and graphic design while creating photographic art. Most recently, I have added oil painting as another medium in which to express my creativity.
My memberships include the Erie Photography Club, Presque Isle Artists Association and the Photographic Arts Society of Northwestern Pennsylvania (PASWPA), where I am currently the President.
My work has received numerous awards in local and regional photography clubs and expos and has been accepted into many juried exhibits locally and in New York and has also been featured in two solo exhibits. More than 30 pieces of myartwork have been selected for display in the corporate offices of Erie Insurance, UPMC Hamot Hospital, Erie Federal Credit Union, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Teaching is an excellent way to grow and evolve in any discipline. I have given presentations to local and regional photography clubs and also teach photography and basic and advanced post-processing techniques. My work is featured in local galleries in the Erie area, including Glass Growers Gallery, House of the Potter, Painted Finch Gallery, and Presque Isle Gallery and Gifts at TREC.

My long-term goal is to continue to grow and evolve in my pursuit of this creative outlet turned passion and to continue to share this passion while teaching others! Art is truly all around us and nature provides continual inspiration for me as I travel both locally and in faraway places with camera or paint brush in hand.
I am “Inspired by Art in Nature.”
