What better way to spend your Groundhog Day than to eat, drink, and be merry! Whether you're a Scot or not, you'll have a grand time the evening of February 2nd, celebrating the 260th anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns at the beautiful Bayfront Sheraton.
Enjoy cocktails, a sit-down dinner of your choice (prime rib, French breast of chicken, Scottish salmon, or Vegetarian Wellington), and of course, a taste of haggis! Program includes the Immortal Memory to Burns given by Brian Sheridan, Professor and Chair of the Communication Department of Mercyhurst University as well as Ode to a Haggis performed by Edinboro University's Chair of Communications Dr. Tim Thompson.
After the program, stick around to join us in Scottish country dancing led by Scotland native Sheila Sweet. This is a full evening of food and entertainment you won't want to miss! Advance reservations required, $45 per person.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or see us on Facebook at the Robert Burns Scottish Club of Erie for reservations or details.
