Andrani Samuel Album Release Experience - 1020 Collective
Based in Erie, PA, Andrani is a newcomer to the music scene, making her live performance debut with West Indian Revelation, collaborating with the award-winning group One World Tribe and Calvin “Fuzzy” Samuel. Born in Brooklyn, NY to a Trinidadian mother and Nicaraguan/Jamaican father, she was heavily exposed to Caribbean and Latin American music and culture. In February 2021, Andrani released her debut single, "Cherish," which made the topped Spotify's Reggae Summer Beach playlist. Later that year, Andrani released "Reparation," an Eddy Grant cover, which again topped the list. The press release for her first release, “Cherish” has been published in several online blogs including Indie Music, Sleeping Bag Studios, and Music Existence. Andrani’s debut solo album is set to be released in the summer of 2022.
