Artist Biography

While primarily a hobbiest, Heavenly expresses exceptional potential in unpracticed and impractical mediums. A person who will try anything once, she is a self taught experimental artist with strengths in pencil and pen (illustration). Raised by her single mother, Heavenly took an interest in the arts at a very young age as her mother had been learning for herself. They began to develop their skills in tandem, refining her skills in both visual arts and poetry. Her work is primarily a reflection of the human form and it's deconstruction. She often credits her influence to Salvador Dali, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Shel Silverstein. Her goal is to continue her pursuit of knowledge and continuously develop her style and technique.
