As Gallery Manager at Erie Arts & Culture, Nicholas Cardell Gore oversees the organization's exhibition program, working closely with artists, partners, and the community to create engaging experiences that celebrate the visual arts throughout northwestern Pennsylvania. He is committed to supporting artists at every stage of their careers while developing exhibitions and programs that inspire conversation, foster connection, and increase access to the arts.

Nicholas is a contemporary mixed media artist, educator, and U.S. Navy veteran whose work explores Black American history, culture, and identity. An Erie native, his work has been featured in local and regional exhibitions, public art initiatives, and community projects, including the designing of Erie County's “Bells Across PA” Liberty Bell for the America250PA initiative. Through both his artistic practice and leadership, Nicholas is dedicated to strengthening Erie as a vibrant and inclusive arts community where artists and the community can learn, connect, and thrive.
