Introduction to Wheel Throwing - Neighborhood Art House
Learn the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel at the Neighborhood Art House in this five part workshop. Instructor Emily Gaudioso will teach you how to center your clay on the wheel and make a few usable items to take home at the end of the class! Participants will also learn about pressing clay onto molds and glazing.
The cost for all five workshops is $125 ($25 per class) which covers materials and instruction.
Please note that while this is a five week class, there will be NO CLASS on Thursday, March 16th due to a scheduling conflict. The dates for Introduction to Wheel Throwing are February 23rd, March 2nd, 9th, 23rd and 30th.
Due to the limited number of pottery wheels at the Art House, we can only accommodate 6 students in this class.
