Winter Carnival - Perry Square
The Erie Downtown Partnership's first Erie Winter Carnival will feature interactive ice sculptures by DiMartino Ice, live music, and plenty of local food vendors.
Flagship City Food Hall will also be offering specials during the three-day festival.
The Perry Square curling rinks are also expected to be open to the public during the three-day Erie Winter Carnival.
