For more than three decades, the Arts and Culture Appreciation Awards have recognized and honored those individuals, businesses, and organizations who use arts-based disciplines or deliver cultural programming to positively impacted the Erie community. Continuing in this tradition, we are asking that you please participate in the nomination process. It is through your participation that we identify those within the community who represent the spirit of these awards.
There are five award categories and nominees may be businesses, organizations, foundations, groups, or individuals. Nominations must address the criteria outlined for the award for which the nomination is being submitted. A panel of volunteers will objectively review each submission based on the quality of the information provided with each nomination.
When submitting your nominations, please mention how the nominee's work has positively impacted the community, and whether the work was collaborative, innovative, or inclusive of new or under-resourced populations. If you wish to provide relevant pictures or other support materials they can be submitted via email to email@example.com.
Deadline for nominations is August 9, 2019. Nominations may be submitted in print or online. For print submissions, please download the nomination form and mail to: Arts Appreciation Awards, c/o Erie Arts & Culture, 23 West 10th Street, Suite 2, Erie, PA 16501 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions may also be submitted online below.
