An Artist's Introduction to Trello: Using a Project Management System to simplify your process

Please join us for a PRO Network webinar about how artists can use a popular Project Management tool to make their creative process easier! This webinar will take place on Zoom on December 15 at 6 PM. We'll also broadcast the webinar on Facebook live, but to actively participate in the discussion, we encourage you to register and receive the Zoom link.

Photos - Contracts - Timelines - Receipts - Plans - Sketches - Deliverables - Correspondence.... Where do I put this all? Meet Trello!

Trello is a powerful online tool that can help artists stay organized and plan ahead with their creative projects and goals! Whether it's storing receipts and contracts, tracking the status of a project, storing your branding materials, collaborating with other artists or assistants, or keeping an up-to-date calendar of due dates, Trello has all of your management tools in one location.

Erie Arts & Culture's Creative Director, Jade Mitchell, will guide you through the process of learning Trello. Jade has six years of experience working with the system in both personal and professional settings.

"Everyone I've trained in Trello has grown to love the tool," said Jade. "So far it has a 100% satisfaction rate. There's a learning curve, but it is worthwhile to master, as it will serve you now and in years to come! What I love most about Trello as opposed to other project management systems is its ease-of-use and appeal to both visual learners and also those who learn through reading/writing and spreadsheets."
